2012-2017 PRATT INSTITUTE STRATEGIC PLAN
INTRO | SURVEY | ROUNDTABLES 01 & 02 | ROUNDTABLE 03-SENATE REPORT | ROUNDTABLE 04 | RESOLUTIONS | RSVP | RECOMMENDATIONS
SUMMARY
Pratt is in the midst of a strategic planning process to define its major priorities for the next five years. To assist us in this effort, the President and Board have engaged the services of The Whelan Group, a consulting firm with broad experience in helping nonprofit institutions imagine the future and achieve their goals. Notably Charlie Whelan, the firm's president, is a graduate of Pratt. As a key part of their work, The Whelan Group is convening roundtables with the schools, administrative divisions, graduate and undergraduate students, and other bodies to solicit input on a range of challenges and opportunities that The Institute faces.
