Development FUND 2008-2009 Report by Mark O'Grady, FDF Committee, Chair April 7, 2009 DOWNLOAD PDF OF REPORT & Recepients The Faculty Development Fund Committee reviewed 59 applications with 34 awards being granted, 10 of which were collaborative, with awards ranging from $900 - $3500, for a total of $66,200. Winning applications varied in range and subject matter, included such proposals as an interactive media sculpture entitled Monument #2, a research project on Portable E-books and their implications for libraries and literacy, the development of an indoor bicycle storage prototype called Tether and Groove, and funding to support an exhibition of student work from the Architecture Writing program entitled Language/Making.
