ABOUT Senate Meetings
The Senate meets every other Tuesday in the Small Faculty Dining Room from noon to 1:50 pm. Unless other wise indicated, senate meetings are open to Senate constituents who provide at least one week advance notice to Kumru Toktamis, Senate Secretary. Lunch is provided. The Senate prepublishes a draft Agenda for each meeting and maintains an Archive of all approved Senate Minutes and Resolutions

ABOUT THE Senate Report
Senate ByLaw 9B requires the Academic Senate to convene at least once, after the eighth week of each of the semesters, Fall and Spring, a meeting of the faculty and chairs, presided over by the President of the Academic Senate. The President of Pratt Institute and the President of the Academic Senate will report on issues confronting the Institute and academic governance.

ROLE OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE DURING SENATE RECESS
Senate Bylaw 5B provides that the Executive Committee has the authority to act when the Senate is not in regular session.
