is Assessment? Assessment is an ongoing process
of inquiry whose goal is improvement. As shown in the diagram below, it involves
getting answers to the following questions:
What are we trying to accomplish?
What
would tell us how well we are doing?
How well are we actually doing? How
do we know?
How do we use the information to improve?
