Senate constituents* are invited by email, on November 2, to review material on the website, particularly the draft Intellectual Property Policy document from the Provost's office. They are invited to submit comments by e-mail, web-form, telephone (x-3625) or interoffice mail (ISC 109). The deadline for submission is Thursday, November 9, 2006.

Comments will be reviewed and discussed by the Senate's IP committee. Where applicable, response will be sent to individuals. The committee discusses with the Senate at Tuesday, November 14 Senate meeting and recommends a Senate statement to be presented in writing and orally at the Board of Trustees' Academic Affairs Committee on Thursday, November 16, 2006.

* Senate constituents include all Chairs, Assistant Chairs and persons that teach in one or more of the four schools or the Library at Pratt Institute.
