Academic Senate meeting Minutes will be prepared one week in advance of the next scheduled meeting, and made available to the Senate members via e-mail.
Approved Minutes will be posted on the Senate web-page for public access.
Wherever possible, Senator requests for agenda items should be sent to the Executive Committee one week prior to the next scheduled meeting.
An agenda will be distributed by the President to all Senate members, via email, five days prior to the next scheduled meeting.
Summary reports from Senate and BoT Sub-Committees should be prepared and e-mailed to the Executive Committee, who will be responsible for distributing the report to all Senate members, one week in advance of presentation to the Academic Senate.
